Custom-built by Jim Lavallee & Alberto Gomez, this exceptional waterfront estate is a statement of timeless design, impeccable craftsmanship and grand-scale living. Rich limestone, genuine stone and wood finishes create a refined backdrop for gracious interiors, including a formal office, chef's kitchen with Miele appliances and butler's pantry. The serene primary suite features a marble-clad bath and private balcony. Resort-style grounds unfold along 110' of waterfront with a 25-meter heated saltwater pool, entertaining pavilion and cabana. Crowning the residence, a third-floor lounge and rooftop terrace with wet bar and full bath offer an extraordinary setting for entertaining. Crestron automation, elevator, three-car garage, generator and impact glass complete the residence.
We measure the property’s water edge, then take 10 ft off each side — the dock setback that applies here, which is what leaves 90 ft of berth. Width is the other limit: a dock and the boat tied to it may together reach 30% of the way across, so on this 97 ft canal nothing may extend more than 29 ft from your property line. Depth is the one limit we don’t state: no public survey covers these canals at a resolution we can rely on. We’ll measure it at the property for you.
Limits from Fort Lauderdale ULDR 47-19.3 (dock and mooring structures) and Code 8-91(e) (moored vessels).
