Canal widths, water depths, bridge clearances, ocean routes, and other waterfront-specific data are calculated by Bimio from public sources including Broward County Property Appraiser records, NOAA charts, and NHD water features. This data is provided for informational purposes only and should be independently verified before making purchase decisions.
