The measurement record
Nobody had measured this water. So we did.
Public records tell you a home is on the water. They don’t tell you how much seawall you can tie to, how wide the water is, or how long the trip to the ocean takes. So we measured it ourselves, one property at a time.
We measure frontage, canal width, bridge heights and ocean routes ourselves, from LiDAR and published charts. Bridge heights are charted figures at mean high water, and we do not measure depth. Have a captain or a marine surveyor confirm both before you commit a boat. Where we haven’t measured, we say so.
